Drishticam is a cloud-based CCTV monitoring and video management service platform that operates in the cloud rather than on local servers. It allows users to store, manage, and analyze video footage remotely, providing scalability, accessibility, and cost-effectiveness.
Drishticam software solution processes and stores video data and databases on remote servers (datacentres) accessible over the internet/VPN. Cameras capture footage, which is then transmitted to the cloud for storage, processing, and analysis. Users can access the system using the web interface or desktop client interface.
Advantages include scalability, remote accessibility, reduced infrastructure cost, automatic updates, no infrastructure maintenance, ability to integrate with other cloud-based software.
Drishticam's cloud-based VMS solution offers a flexible storage option, allowing users to scale storage needs based on requirements. It includes features of automatic video archiving and customizable retention periods and policies.
Yes, Drishticam can support on-premises recording along with cloud backup. Customers can use NVR for local recording and for longer retention the stream will be recorded on the cloud.
Drishticam service servers and cloud storage are hosted on Yotta Cloud, which is an Indian cloud, and the Data Centre is located in Mumbai, India.
On a basic subscription, the customer will get 7 days of recording on the cloud for each camera. If the customer is willing to extend the recording retention period, then he/she has to subscribe to add-on cloud storage as per requirements.

Drishticam PoC setup is ready with u. If you want to POC the service to the customer, then we would provide you the temporary user credentials for POC. Also, If customer wants to have POC with the cameras from his premises/sites, then you have to register customers cameras to our POC setup by establishing the required networks.
We don’t have a recommended retail price. Our partners set their own end customer price to determine the margin they make. Our network of partners charges a wide variety of prices to their end customers, but do contact us if you’d like advice on a specific. You’ll be the main point of contact for your customers, but we’ll always be on hand to help. You can access basic health check information about your customer’s cameras in the Dristicam partner/value integrator portal. You’ll also receive notifications if your customer’s cameras go offline for any reason.
Training and Support Framework Yotta will conduct comprehensive training sessions, including hands-on training, for the Value Integrator's team to enable them to provide effective support and configurations to end customers. Additionally, regular online training webinars will be held on a monthly or quarterly basis to inform Value Integrators and end customers about new updates and enhancements. Support Structure: The Value Integrator will serve as the single point of contact for end customers, offering Level 1 (L1) remote support and complete onsite support. For critical issues requiring advanced assistance, the Value Integrator will escalate to Yotta for Level 2 (L2) and Level 3 (L3) support.
A. The Value Integrator will utilize a transfer price model for the Drishticam service, allowing them to incorporate a margin and additional services before quoting the end customer. The Drishticam service will operate on a monthly subscription basis. Order Process: Upon receiving an order from the end customer, the Value Integrator will issue a Service Order Form (SOF) to Yotta. Yotta's team will collaborate with the Value Integrator to onboard the customer onto the Drishticam service platform. Implementation and Support: All onsite deployments, implementations, support, and maintenance activities will fall under the scope of the Value Integrator. They will be responsible for ensuring successful deployment and ongoing operational support for the Drishticam service.

The Drishticam service is available for sale without any regional limitations within India. Value Integrators with a presence in multiple regions across India are authorized to sell the Drishticam service in all regions where they operate.
To register as a Value Integrator partner with Yotta, both parties will sign a formal agreement outlining all clauses, obligations, terms, and conditions.
Yes, The Value Integrator will enter into a service and billing agreement with each end customer to commence sales and provision of the Drishticam service.
Yes, each Value Integrator will have their own login credentials for the Drishticam Portal. Through this portal, they can monitor the health status of all their customers' cameras and view active plans. Also, Value Integrators will have the capability to export reports on active plans, which they can utilize for billing purposes with their customers.
In cases where customers have overdue payments, you should follow a standard procedure to ensure timely resolution. Initially, send three reminder emails to the customer, notifying them of the pending dues and urging them to settle the outstanding amount. If the customer does not respond after these reminders, then initiate a service suspension process. This involves notifying Yotta Help Desk to suspend the service for the customer until the outstanding dues are cleared. This measure helps us maintain fairness and accountability in our billing process while ensuring the uninterrupted provision of services to our paying customers. Once the dues are settled, the service is promptly reinstated for the customer.
For sake of clarity, there shall be no back-to-back payments between both the parties, Value Integrator and Yotta Data Services. As per mentioned in Value Integrator TP Price Business Model Agreement.
Yes, you are allowed to bid in Government Project RFP with Drishticam Service. The Yotta team will help you to design solution on case-to-case basis. There will be Partner Manager from Yotta who will be continuously in communication with you for all kind of support you required for bidding RFP Project till the project closure.

The Value integrator will be provided the documents for marketing which will consist of Datasheets/brochures, Flyers, EDMs, Promotion documents. Also, Yotta Drishticam service website has number of marketing documents to help you market Drishticam Service to your customers.
